How do I register as an alumni or teacher?

Go to Login → Sign up. Fill the minimal fields (name, email, phone). Batch details can be auto-filled or verified by approvers/admins.

Why can’t I see donation stats?

Donation stats are visible only to approved alumni/teachers after login. Public can still donate using the bank/UPI details.

How is my batch calculated?

Batch is derived using entry/exit year and class based on JNV Udupi rules. The system auto-fills and validates consistency for you.

Who approves new registrations?

Admins can approve anyone. Batch-specific approvers can approve users from their assigned batch.
